Your buses. Finally, a system behind them.

Seats, routes, timetables, counter sales and passenger lists in one dashboard. And passengers booking those same seats online, from anywhere.

How it works

The buses run fine. It is everything around them.

The same seat, sold twice

Two people sell it, and nobody knows until boarding. It gets settled with an argument at the bus.

Cash you hear about on Friday

An agent at the rank takes money all week. The owner finds out at the end of it.

No list of who was on board

Nobody can produce one. The day something happens on the road, that becomes a serious problem.

No idea which route pays

Last month lives in a notebook. Which route actually made money is a guess.

Bookings buried in a thread

The WhatsApp group holds every booking you took. None of it can be searched.

This is not a passenger problem. It is an operations problem. A company has an owner, an ops manager, counter agents and drivers all working off one set of seats. That needs a dashboard, not a phone screen.

Three screens, one system.

One set of seats, seen by everyone who needs to see it.

WebThe operator dashboard

Where the company lives. Buses and seat layouts, routes and stops, recurring timetables, the day's departures, every booking, what each agent owes in cash, and reports you have never had before.

App and webThe passenger side

The Msafiri app, plus a booking page that opens from a plain link with no download. This is where your seats become bookable by people who have never heard of you.

PhoneThe conductor's view

Today's passenger list, and a way to check people aboard. It keeps working when the signal drops on the road, because it will.

How it works, start to finish.

01
Sign up and send your papers

Upload your permit, roadworthiness certificate and passenger insurance. We check them and switch the account on.

02
Add your buses

A 60-seater, two 14-seat vans. Each one gets its own seat layout, so the seat map is a real map of that vehicle.

03
Draw your route

Set the stops and a fare for each leg. Someone getting off partway pays for the leg they travelled, and frees the seat for the rest of the trip.

04
Set the timetable

Daily at 07:00 and 14:00. The system creates the next thirty days of departures. No re-typing.

05
Assign a bus and a driver

Every departure gets both. The dashboard warns you when one is missing, before boarding, not at the rank.

06
Sell through three doors

Online, in cash at the counter, and by a clerk entering a request that came in over WhatsApp. All three write to the same seat map.

07
The bus leaves with a list

The conductor checks people aboard, the manifest prints, and the day's takings, cash and online, reconcile in one place.

Three doors. One seat map.

One seat map

Every sale writes to the same seat map, the moment it happens. Nobody sells the same seat twice, and there is no second list to reconcile at the end of the day.

Your money goes straight to you.

Passenger pays

  • Every operator has their own account with the payment processor, in their own company name, paying into their own bank.
  • The passenger's fare never sits with us. Not for a day, not for an hour.
  • We take a very small commission, and it reaches us separately, at the moment of sale.
  • No waiting for a payout. No month-end settlement. Nothing to chase.
  • We are a software company. We are not a place where other people's money sits.

How your passengers can pay.

payments
Cash, at the counter or on the bus

Fully supported, and central to how this works. The agent sells a seat and it appears in the same seat map instantly. Your cash business does not move online. It just stops being invisible.

account_balance
Instant bank transfer

The passenger picks their bank at checkout and approves it in their own banking. Confirmed within seconds.

credit_card
Card

Debit and credit, including for people booking from outside Namibia.

schedule
Reserve now, pay at the office

A passenger who will not put a card into a site they do not know yet can hold a seat for a couple of hours with a reference number, and pay in person.

We connect to the payment side once, on your behalf. You never deal with the banks. When new payment methods become available, they appear on your booking page without you doing anything.

Not a registered company yet?

A merchant account needs a registered company, so until you have one, you run cash-only on the platform. You still get the seat map, the passenger list, the agent screen, the timetables and a booking link you can share anywhere. The only thing you do not get is taking card and bank payments online, which is exactly how you work today.

Keep your WhatsApp group. Make it work.

You already organise trips in WhatsApp groups. We give you a booking link that drops straight into them. The ticket, the boarding point and the reminders come back to the same thread. You keep the channel you have, and it finally does the job properly.
